I understand that going to a new salon can feel a little intimidating, especially if you’re not sure what to expect.
Here’s some additional information to help make your first visit as seamless and comfortable as possible.
I personally hate going anywhere unfamiliar.
I have terrible social anxiety of the "unknown" anticipation.
Where am I parking or where's the door?!
Let me make ALL of this super easy with all the visuals so it eases all the nerves!
The Pre-Visit

If this form is not filled 24 hours before your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.

The day of your appointment, you’ll receive a text message with a link that will allow you to customize your salon experience. Right down to the scents of the room!

Arrive early so you can have plenty of time to acquaint yourself with your new magical home.
I promise to value your time by staying on schedule.
You can relax in my suite knowing that I thoroughly clean and disinfect between each client, so the space is ready for you to settle into and make your home.
I book my clients one at a time so you will have my undivided attention!

Clean and detangled as you normally have it! Light product useage. This helps to see exactly what needs to be seen for your consultation and address all concerns and challenges.

Dress comfortably! Please do not wear turtle necks or a hoodie you cannot take off.

If you're going to be with me longer than 2 hours, you're welcome to bring anything that keeps you comfortable as possible such as a tablet, laptop or portable video games.

As I have plenty of drinks and small snacks available. If you get easily hungry, be sure to eat before hand or bring a small meal or preferred snack.

It's right on the same block as the Grandview Market.
There's *free* valet parking or you can park on the street/any lots, not in front of tow away signs/gate entrances.
Sunday's valet is not available and the building is locked.

Just text me when you arrive so I can meet you & have the room fully prepped from your arrival.
You'll be greeted and welcomed into my mythical world.
This is a judgement free zone.
You and I will have a 1-on-1 discussion about what you're looking to get in terms of color goals, your hair's health and we will make a road map together on how to get there.
All my prices are gender neutral and transparent as possible.
Every client's hair plan will be customized to your lifestyle & budget after this appointment!
